It's beautiful, love the combination of blues. It also looks like something that could be from a game itself. So if you sketch the picture out, shrink it, then outline it like a pixel art piece or did you do something different?

Yes, for this one I made a rough sketch on paper, scanned it, shrunk it (it became almost unrecognizable haha ;_;) and traced/colored over it.
